1. About the CJP Platform

Cockroach Janta Party (CJP India) — website: cockroachjantapart.in — is a grassroots political satire and youth reform digital platform. This platform provides youth with a voice for political awareness, anti-corruption campaigns, and social reform.

CJP is a digital movement where members participate as freelance volunteers. Membership is entirely FREE. CJP is not affiliated with any registered political party in India.

Platform Services Include

• Digital Member ID Card generation and management
• Political satire campaigns and announcements
• Helpdesk support
• Ad-supported free content via Google and other ad partners

2. Membership Terms

By joining CJP membership, you confirm that:

• You are 13 years of age or older
• All information provided by you is truthful and accurate
• One person may hold only one account
• You agree with CJP's stated goals — fighting corruption and youth empowerment
• You will not misuse the platform or impersonate other members or public figures

The CJP Member ID Card is a permanent digital ID identified by your unique CJP Swarm ID. This ID is permanent and cannot be changed after issuance.

CJP reserves the right to modify membership eligibility criteria at any time with prior notice.

Pro Membership & Refund Policy

Pro Membership is a paid upgrade (currently ₹99) that unlocks additional platform features such as post-creation and campaign-editing access. Payments are verified manually by an admin before Pro access is activated. Each Pro Membership is valid for 1 month from the date it is activated and can be renewed by submitting a new payment after it expires.

• Once a Pro Membership request is approved and activated, the fee for that period is non-refundable, as this is a digital service delivered immediately upon activation.
• Access automatically ends 1 month after activation unless renewed; there is no automatic recurring billing — you choose when to pay again.
• If your payment was received but your Pro Membership was not activated due to a technical or verification error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund or activation — please raise a ticket via the Helpdesk with your payment reference / UTR number.
• Refund and activation disputes are reviewed on their individual facts; a genuine complaint will not be dismissed automatically.
• CJP does not guarantee any specific number of views, engagement, or outcome from posts published under Pro Membership — it only guarantees access to the posting feature itself, for the paid 1-month period.

3. User Conduct Rules

By using this platform, you agree that you will:

• Not post or share fake, misleading, or abusive information
• Not harass, threaten, or intimidate any other member
• Not use the platform for spam, malware, phishing, or illegal activities
• Not violate the privacy or personal data of other members
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt platform services
• Respect and follow admin instructions at all times

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without prior notice.

4. Advertising & Rewarded Ads

The CJP Platform is free to use and is supported by advertising revenue. By using this platform, you acknowledge that:

• Advertisements may be displayed on various pages of the platform
• We use Google AdSense and Google Reader Revenue Manager to serve ads, including Rewarded Ads
• Rewarded Ads are optional — you may choose to watch an ad in exchange for platform benefits (such as premium features)
• Google and its partners may use cookies and device identifiers to show you relevant ads based on your browsing history and interests
• We do not control the content of third-party advertisements displayed on this platform

Opting Out of Personalised Ads

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings or by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" on your device. Note that opting out does not remove ads — it only makes them non-personalised.

Third-Party Ad Networks

Our advertising partners, including Google, may collect and use data as described in their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy for more information on how they handle data.

5. Content Policy

CJP is a satire and reform platform. All campaigns are satirical in nature — satirising political parties, leaders, or systems is within our rights under the freedom of expression laws of India.

The following content is strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Hate speech, religious discrimination, or communal content
• Obscene, adult, or sexually explicit content
• False or unverified medical or scientific information
• Copyright violation or plagiarism of any kind
• Personal attacks, doxxing, or sharing private information of individuals
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm

The CJP admin reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines, without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the CJP platform — including the CJP logo, Member ID Card design, campaign graphics, and website code — is the intellectual property of Cockroach Janta Party India unless otherwise stated.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute CJP's original content without written permission
• User-generated content (such as profile photos) remains the property of the respective user
• By submitting content to the platform, you grant CJP a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform

7. Account Termination

The CJP admin reserves the right to:

• Temporarily suspend any account for investigation of rule violations
• Permanently ban any account for confirmed violations of these Terms
• Delete user data — on user request or for serious policy violations

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting us via the Contact page or by emailing indiacjp@cockroachjantapart.in. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

CJP India is a political satire and digital reform platform. It is not the official representative of any registered political party in India. All campaigns, posts, and content are satirical and for educational and awareness purposes only.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CJP India is not liable for:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or data loss
• Third-party advertisement content or linked websites
• Actions taken by other users on the platform
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this platform

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:

• Information Technology Act, 2000 (and its amendments)
• Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.

CJP India reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
